Heiton implements its own internal Quality Systems specifically developed for our manufacturing and supply needs by Logos Consultants¹ a consulting company specialising in the implementation, auditing and certification of international and locally recognised quality assurance standards and procedures. These systems are constantly being documented, developed and modified as we strive to keep improving our product design, manufacturing process, product quality and ultimately customer satisfaction.

¹ Logos Consultants has more than 20 years experience in the implementation of ISO 9000 based quality systems with a specific focus on companies in the manufacturing sector. Logos Consultants works closely with the South African Bureau of Standards (SABS) and the manufacturing industry at large on  the implementation, auditing and certification of ISO 9001 based quality procedures
